Job Description

Truckee Meadows Community College appreciates your interest in employment at our growing institution. We are looking for a letter or appointment (LOA) with the option for health insurance Proctor to monitor academic and community-based
testing to ensure the integrity of departmental procedures. The Proctor is responsible for adhering to testing protocols, administering and trouble-shooting various testing programs, and the explanation of examination results when applicable. Entry level clerical support and other duties may be required. This is a part time LOA position, up to 40 hours a week, with the option of health insurance.

Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Monitor individuals taking exams.
Provide support to the Welcome Center staff.
Respond to emails related to the Testing Center and other academic departments.
Knowledge of prevalent computer software.

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday, including some evenings. Schedules are subject to change based on organizational needs.
